Pop Art Cupcakes

Overview:

This class is inspired by the Pop Art movement which began in the mid 1950s and ended in the late 1970s. Pop art is the most recognizable style of modern art. It was popularized by such artists as Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, and Claes Oldenburg. These and other Pop artists celebrated everyday objects and people of the day. Their aim was to elevate popular culture to that of fine art.
